I have been working as a professional in the I.T industry since 2003. During 2002 I studied for the CCNA and CompTIA A+ exams for which I passed in January 2003. In August 2003 to October 2008 I worked as a Systems Administrator for a local security/intelligence firm. I left in November 2008 to start my own company.

Ben Wheeler, B.Sc

Systems Administrator

I have been working for Enigma IT since early 2010 and my primary role is to support Microsoft Windows Desktop/Server but can problem solve almost anything.

I have worked on the installation of cctv systems, clocking/attendance systems, network cable installations and much more.

While at University I studied video games design which involved graphic design and 3D modelling.

My passion in life is technology and i love to help so i hope we will be able to help you soon, whatever the challenge

Since leaving university with a degree in Computer Science, Imaging and Multimedia, I have aimed to further my experience in all aspects of technology. I joined Enigma I.T. in early 2010 and my role within the company has been wide and varied. I have experience with desktop user support, the building and maintenance of computers and graphic design. Recently, I have found my niche developing and maintaining websites for a variety of companies.

Tim Blackman I.Eng, MIET

Electrician & Structured Cabling Engineer

Tim is a local man having been born in Norwich and working most of his working life in the Norwich area apart from the time spent at sea as an electrical officer.

Tim has been a member of the IET for over 40 years working as a technician in the offshore gas industry before working as an electrical surveyor for Bureau Veritas. Recently Tim joined our company installing cctv & data cable networks.
